April 14th!

It's Chris and I's ~Second~ wedding anniversary! Proof that time really does fly when you are having fun.

We decided not to exchange gifts this year, but to go away for a night or two to a resort spa place and get pampered a bit. PRE-BABY. Like a mini honeymoon, but I can't go in the hot tub... not for long anyway. Chris is bringing home what I can only imagine to be more thai food than we could possibly eat in an evening! yay, this means thai food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next couple days :D We opted for takeout because it's Thursday and we have a lot of really good TV to watch. So, a romantic night of Thai food and Survivor, could you imagine anything better :P

This morning when I first went to see if the mail was here I toured my garden areas in the yard only to discover that those FUCKING DEER ate my TULIPS. I'm so pissed. They will pay. Don't be fooled by their sweet doe eyes, they are plotting against gardeners everywhere. Those poor innocent tulips didn't even have a chance to make blossoms. They are them before that happened, and nearly down to the dirt. *AAAAARG. Really, I am slightly amused along with angry. What's a deer to do when I plant a salad bar in the woods.

I wore a skirt to work today. I was relieved to find that I still had legs, and thanks to this Jergens natural glow lotion, a bit of color :D

It is a really beautiful day. I walked to and from work and I'm just in a really good mood.
(except for the tulips.) So, you are all welcome for the nice day in honour of my anniversary, we had the weather brought in specially. ( unless you are Kevin in 30cm of snow, then I had nothing to do with that.) :P
